Hello! My name is Catherine. I am a thirty-something translator with a full time office job, several cats and a passion for sewing.

This blog started as a way to answer the questions I receive on a regular basis: You made that? What pattern is it? What fabric? How long did it take you? What do you wear that stuff for?

It has become an outlet to connect with those who enjoy my work and hopefully to inspire them in their own creations. I write about my successes and failures. I do pattern reviews, tutorials and occasionally include my own patterns.
